He focuses on the energy industry, acting on cross-border M&As, corporate restructurings, inbound and outbound investments and other co-operative ventures involving international and Brazilian companies in the industry. Bruno completed his masters degree (LLM) at King’s College London and worked as a foreign associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. The partner is also a post-graduate in management and administration at Fundação Getulio Vargas and completed a specialisation in the energy sector at Associação Brasileira de Companhias de Energia Elétrica.
