He is a partner in the Finance & Projects practice and has significant experience in corporate, finance and capital markets law. Luis often represents financial institutions, multilateral organisations, development banks, ECAs, equity sponsors, private equity houses and corporate clients in the development, implementation and financing of infrastructure deals throughout the full cycle of a major project, from the initial project contract preparation, through project financing, construction and operation, to dispute resolution. He has significant experience in the use of project bonds, including credit-enhanced bonds, as a financing method for energy and infrastructure projects.
