About Francesca Loreto

Francesca Loreto is a senior associate in Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer’s global transactions group in New York. Her practice focuses on derivatives and structured finance transactions as well as financial services regulatory matters. She has extensive experience advising domestic and international sponsors, banks and alternative lenders on a wide range of high-profile and complex asset-based financings, structured finance, securitisation and other leveraged transactions. Francesca’s capabilities cover a variety of areas including leverage finance, real estate finance, structured finance and distressed investment. She holds an LLM from New York University and a Master’s in Law cum laude from Università degli Studi Roma Tre.
