About Emma Röhsler

Emma Röhsler is a dual-qualified French and English employment lawyer, based in the HSF Paris employment team, with over 25 years’ experience. She is regional head of the employment law practice for EMEA. Emma advises clients on a wide range of complex French and English employment law matters, with a particular focus on advising clients in relation to crisis management situations and employee investigations. She conducts external independent investigations into employment matters. Emma plays a key role in clearly presenting issues, demystifying complexities and helping international groups devise a strategy for dealing with employment law issues in France, enabling them to navigate the notoriously complex and procedural requirements of French employment law.
