About Marco Dell’Antonia

Marco Dell’Antonia is a partner in the M&A and private equity department of Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe and has more than 20 years’ experience in extraordinary transactions, both Italian and international, characterised by specific complexities. Marco is recognised by the market as a professional expert in the criminal liability of companies arising from offences committed in the interest or to the advantage of legal entities pursuant to Legislative Decree No 231/01. In this regard, in addition to being a member of the Board of Directors of the AODV231 Association, he holds the position of chairman of the vigilance body of many companies (including listed or regulated ones).
