About Leonardo Fedrini

Leonardo Fedrini is a counsel in the tax department of Delfino e Associati Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP. He specialises in domestic and international taxation, cross-border transactions, inbound and outbound investments, M&A, private equity, corporate restructuring and financial instruments. He is often invited as a member of the board of statutory auditors of Italian companies, including subsidiaries of multinational companies, and provides assistance to a number of multinational companies and to local subsidiaries of multinational companies with Italian and cross-border tax issues.
