Luca Leonardi is a partner in Delfino e Associati Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP practising in the corporate and financial services department. Luca regularly assists Italian and foreign clients in M&A and private equity transactions and connected aspects of corporate and commercial law. In addition, Luca has experience representing both investors and debtors in connection with insolvency proceedings, restructurings and asset dispositions. Luca served for one year in Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP’s office in New York and continues to be active in the firm’s international practice.
