About Maurizio Delfino

Maurizio Delfino is the founding partner of Delfino e Associati Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP and focuses his practice on corporate governance issues and M&A, including distressed M&A, private equity and equity capital markets. Maurizio’s experience in M&A covers a wide range of industries, including infrastructure, steel, energy, chemicals and pharma, insurance, banking and financial services, IT and media, automotive, luxury goods, fashion and others. He has written monographs and published articles in law reviews in fields close to his professional activity. He received a JSD from Stanford Law School and was a visiting scholar at both Stanford and Yale law schools, and is ranked among the leading individuals practising in the area of corporate/M&A in Italy.
