About Massimo Palombi

Massimo Palombi specialises in business law and is a counsel in the corporate and financial services department of the Milan office of Delfino e Associati Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP. He regularly counsels clients on general corporate matters, joint venture partnerships, shareholders’ agreements, compliance and governance matters, and directors’ liability. Massimo has significant experience in the fashion and luxury market and has a deep knowledge of the industry, including its IP profiles.
