About Patrizio Bernardo

Patrizio Bernardo is a partner and head of the department of labour law at Delfino e Associati Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP. He assists large national and international groups, including listed companies, advising them on labour law matters both in court, throughout Italy, and out of court, specifically with regard to complex reorganisations involving the use of collective redundancies or proximity contracts, restructuring and business transfers, including in the context of bankruptcy proceedings. He has wide experience in all areas of labour law and trade union law, in particular with regard to the protection of companies from asbestos-related claims. He is the author of numerous publications in the field of labour law and trade union law.
