Andrzej Dębiec is a partner in Hogan Lovells' Warsaw office, and is responsible for the tax department. He is a qualified attorney-at-law and tax adviser, and has in-depth knowledge and experience in consulting on optimisation projects, tax planning, (re)structurings and reorganisations, M&A transactions, disputes before the tax authorities and courts, and ensuring legal and tax efficiency for projects and transactions. Andrzej has particularly rich experience in advising leading companies from the automotive, banking, insurance and leasing sectors, as well as entities operating on the real estate market, investment and private equity funds, retail chains, aviation and production companies.
