His areas of focus include administrative and public law, business structures, investment funds, corporate and financial services, and insurance. Bartosz represents financial institutions in regulatory proceedings before the regulators, including the Commission for Financial Supervision (KNF) as well as the president of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK). He also successfully represents such clients in court proceedings, including common courts, the Court of Competition and Consumer Protection (SOKiK) as well as administrative courts. He has been a member of the Warsaw Bar Association since 2012.
