About Bartosz Clemenz

Bartosz Clemenz is a counsel in the Real Estate Department of Hogan Lovells Poland. His experience includes large real estate acquisitions and development projects in the office, warehouse, retail and residential sectors. Bartosz also has unique experience in structuring pioneer public-private partnership projects in Poland. Bartosz's areas of expertise include organising large international commercial real estate acquisitions, preparing and negotiating contractual documentation for real estate transactions, portfolio deals, securing international corporate structures for acquisition and development projects, securing zoning permits and building permits for investment projects, negotiating lease agreements, and legal asset management. Bartosz is a legal adviser and a member of the New York State Bar.
