About Beata Balas-Noszczyk

Beata Balas-Noszczyk is the managing partner and head of the Financial Institutions Department, Hogan Lovells Poland. Beata is an experienced lawyer in the fields of banking, commercial, insurance, investment fund and pension fund law. She was one of the drafters of the Insurance Activity Act and was a Polish representative on the Committee for Insurance Affairs at the OECD and the European Union. Her practice also covers administrative and public law, business structures, corporate, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions.
