She specialises in intellectual property and new technologies areas and assists her clients on intellectual property matters with a particular focus on national and international litigations regarding trade mark law, patent law, design law and internet issues. Mathilde also advises clients on structuring and negotiating IP-related aspects of transactions. She is a member of the AIPPI and APRAM.
