Jeremy Pooley is a special counsel and head of SASLO's corporate and commercial practice and an international corporate lawyer of over 20 years' standing. He specialises in mergers, acquisitions and divestments, joint ventures, PE/VC/buyouts, banking and finance, fund formation and asset management, capital markets, power and water projects, oil and gas projects (upstream and downstream), other greenfield and brownfield projects, and corporate and commercial law. His practice has focused on the Middle East for almost ten years, and he has closed transactions across the GCC and wider MENA region.
