About Mujtaba Ali Kazmi

Mujtaba Ali Kazmi is a senior associate in SASLO’s corporate team with over 15 years of experience in contentious and non-contentious matters. He specialises in banking and finance, M&A, and projects (including PPP). He also advises on corporate affairs, corporate regulatory, company formation, commercial contracts, legal due diligence investigations, and employment matters. Mujtaba is a member of the SASLO transactional team that advises on ECM and investment funds. Before joining SASLO, Mujtaba worked at internationally recognised law firms and headed the corporate legal department of a multi-jurisdictional commercial bank.
