About Dylan Geraets

Dylan Geraets is a counsel in Mayer Brown’s international trade group. He represents clients in WTO dispute settlement proceedings, proceedings before the Court of Justice of the European Union, and before administrative and customs authorities at EU Member State level. He advises clients on a wide range of global trade issues. Dylan’s practice focuses on international dispute settlement, sanctions, and export controls, customs rules, and ESG-related trade and supply chain issues, including CBAM, the EU Deforestation Regulation, and forced labour. He is also a Professor of International Trade and Investment Law at the University of Antwerp.
