She assists the health industries in the application of pharmaceutical regulations at all stages of a product’s life cycle, both through her legal and strategic advice and through the support and representation of her clients. She has particularly significant expertise on regulatory matters, such as pharmaceutical companies’ organisation, marketing authorisation, early access, pricing and reimbursement conditions for health products and advertising. She also has experience in regulatory issues related to medical devices, cosmetics and food supplements.
