About François Jonquères

François Jonquères is a partner at Simmons & Simmons, and is a registered attorney before the Paris Bar, having a PhD in Pharmacy from the University of Montpellier. François began his career at Synthélabo (Sanofi Aventis Group) before joining Marina Cousté in January 2000. François has more than 20 years of experience working on pharmaceuticals patent litigation. He is also experienced in working hand in hand with the pharmaceuticals regulatory team, advising patentees or generics in the context of the marketing of generic or biosimilar drugs, and defending medical device companies.
