About Lisa Chung

Lisa Chung is a partner at Slaughter and May and has substantial experience in corporate M&A and financing transactions, with a particular focus on sustainable financing and investment matters. She is the lead editor for “ESG in APAC”, the first pan-Asian publication on the ESG regulatory landscape across 16 APAC jurisdictions. Lisa has advised on Hong Kong’s largest green corporate bond issuance and the largest sustainability-linked loan in Asia’s real estate sector to date. She is a member of the Policy Research Committee of the Financial Services Development Council, the Company Law Committee of The Law Society of Hong Kong and the APLMA Hong Kong Documentation Committee.
