About Lisa Chung

Lisa Chung is a partner at Slaughter and May in Hong Kong, with substantial experience in advising blue chip corporates and banks on sustainable financing transactions, loan and project financing transactions, M&A, listings, JVs and general commercial work. Lisa has a leading ESG practice, advising on high-profile financings including the largest sustainability-linked loan in Asia’s real estate sector to date and Hong Kong’s largest green bond issuance. She is a member of the Policy Research Committee of the Financial Services Development Council, the Company Law Committee of The Law Society of Hong Kong and the APLMA Hong Kong Documentation Committee.
