Ethan Chye is a senior associate in Trowers & Hamlins’ international corporate department, based in the Abu Dhabi office. Ethan has experience in a range of corporate matters with a particular focus on domestic and cross-border M&A and joint ventures, spanning various industries including healthcare, medical technology and financial services. Ethan also regularly advises on regulatory compliance, incorporation and corporate governance, and has extensive experience in a diversified portfolio of commercial technology procurement projects. Prior to joining the firm, Ethan was with a leading firm in Malaysia where he worked on various matters involving the South-East Asia and East Asia jurisdictions.
