Stephen Sullivan is a partner in Trowers & Hamlins’ Abu Dhabi office and heads up the Abu Dhabi corporate transactions team. Stephen has been based in the UAE team for over ten years, having previously trained and worked in London. Stephen specialises in corporate transactions with a particular focus on M&A, private equity, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings. He regularly acts on complex domestic UAE and cross-border transactions, and advises a broad range of clients ranging from founders/start-ups to conglomerates in establishing operations in the UAE. While Stephen has built an impressive track record across a wide range of sectors, he has also established a strong reputation acting on transactions involving the healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical technology and broader technology sector.
