About Claire Prospert

Claire Prospert is a partner in the Linklaters Luxembourg investment funds group. She advises some of the largest international asset managers on the structuring of Luxembourg alternative investment funds in all private market classes, including private equity, real estate, infrastructure, debt and hedge funds. Claire also advises on the setting-up of co-investment structures and tailored managed accounts. With extensive knowledge of retail investor funds, Claire is legal counsel to a number of flagship funds managed by some of the world’s largest asset managers. She is also active in several working groups of the Luxembourg fund industry association, ALFI, and chairs Linklaters Luxembourg’s DEI committee.
