About Joakim-Antoine Charvet

Joakim-Antoine Charvet is the head of the tax practice in Luxembourg. With over 15 years’ experience, he specialises in tax consulting and international tax planning. His main area of activity is private equity, where he handles M&A, restructurings, and JVs. He is also very active in transfer pricing issues and in the structuring of complex financial products. He is fluent in English and highly sought-after for deals involving Southern Europe due to his Spanish speaking skills and understanding of Italian. Joakim regularly participates in industry meetings on subjects such as ATAD, and at the Luxembourg Capital Market Association (LuxCMA) and ALFI.
