About Martin Mager

Martin Mager is a partner in the Linklaters Luxembourg investment funds group, with specialist experience in structuring, set-up, and providing ongoing advice on alternative investment funds. He also advises institutional investors on holdings in international fund structures and asset classes, including private equity, real estate, infrastructure, green energy, debt, venture capital and impact. Covering all types of investment fund structures, segregated managed accounts and investment-type securitisation structures, Martin also counsels on fund-related ESG. He advises on legal, regulatory and tax issues from a Luxembourg and German perspective, and is an active member of the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI).
