About Martin Mager

Martin Mager is a partner in the Linklaters Luxembourg investment funds group with specialist experience in structuring, establishing and giving ongoing advice on alternative investment funds. Additionally, he advises institutional investors concerning investments in international fund structures and asset classes, including private equity, real estate, infrastructure, green energy, debt, venture capital and impact. Covering all types of investment fund structures, segregated managed accounts and investment-type securitisation structures, he also advises on fund-related ESG matters. He advises on legal, regulatory and tax aspects from a Luxembourg and German perspective, and he is an active member of the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI).
