About Raoul Heinen

Raoul Heinen is a partner in the Linklaters Luxembourg investment funds group and specialises in the structuring, set-up and distribution of a wide range of investment funds, as well as advising on complex regulatory matters and FinTech. Raoul has extensive knowledge of retail investment funds. He advises global financial institutions on regulatory matters, including licensing requirements, major financial services regulations and the regulatory aspects of acquisitions and group restructurings. His is a member of various working groups, including the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI), the European Fund and Asset Management Association (EFAMA) and the Luxembourg Bankers’ Association (ABBL).
