About Raoul Heinen

Raoul Heinen is a partner in the Linklaters Luxembourg investment funds group and specialises in the structuring, setting-up and distribution of a wide range of investment funds. His focus is on alternative investment funds, investing in all major asset classes. Raoul has a deep knowledge of retail investment funds. He advises global financial institutions on regulatory matters, including licensing requirements, major financial services regulations and the regulatory aspects of acquisitions and group restructurings. His membership of working groups includes the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI), the European Fund and Asset Management Association (EFAMA) and the Luxembourg Bankers’ Association (“ABBL”).
