Magnus Wennerhorn heads the Banking and Finance team in Linklaters’ Stockholm office. He has led numerous top tier and complex cross-border finance transactions and restructurings for 25 years, representing private equity clients, Nordic and global banks, fintech clients and corporate clients. His experience covers a wide range of areas, including leveraged finance, restructurings, corporate credits, project finance and energy transition projects. Before joining Linklaters, Magnus was partner at another global elite firm.
