About Christoph Barth

Christoph Barth is a partner in the Düsseldorf office with extensive expertise in international merger control and foreign investment proceedings. He regularly advises on all other competition law aspects, including cartel and abuse of dominance proceedings. Christoph has particular experience in the energy/utilities, mining, financial services and industrials sectors. He leads the Innovation and Efficiency Initiative within the global competition practice, which aims to constantly improve the services the competition team delivers to its clients. He regularly contributes to legal journals and compendiums, most recently on current changes to foreign investment rules and a competition law compendium for board members of German companies.
