About Daniela Seeliger

Daniela Seeliger is a partner in the Düsseldorf office. She has long-standing expertise in European and German competition law, particularly in merger control, the co-ordination of complex multi-jurisdictional filings, antitrust proceedings and compliance work. Daniela teaches competition law at the University of Halle and publishes widely on competition and compliance topics, most recently on the “EU Digital Markets Act” and “Recent developments in Competition Law and ESG”. She is a non-governmental adviser in the International Competition Network, a board member of the Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht eV, and a member of the Competition Law 4.0 Commission of the Federal Ministry of Economics and Energy.
