About Cătălina Băluș

Cătălina Băluș is a senior associate in Kinstellar’s Bucharest office, specialising in domestic and cross-border corporate and M&A transactions. She advises international and Romanian companies on corporate and regulatory matters, including commercial contracts, due diligence, corporate governance, business transfers and the execution of transactions on both the sell-side and buy-side. Catalina has assisted clients through mergers, spin-offs and buy-outs, and also supports clients with legal advice for their day-to-day business operations. She is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association.
