About Andrada Popescu

Andrada Popescu is a managing associate in Kinstellar’s Bucharest office, focusing on employment and labour law. She advises international and local clients across sectors including IT, media and telecommunications, automotive and pharmaceuticals on a wide spectrum of individual and collective employment matters. Andrada supports clients with day-to-day employment issues and complex projects, including individual and collective dismissals, TUPE-related transfers, disciplinary procedures, internal policies, collective negotiations and agreements, and sensitive workplace matters such as discrimination, harassment and mobbing. Her experience also covers cross-border secondments, immigration-related situations, and health and safety compliance. She is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association.
