About Andrei Băluș

Andrei Băluș is a managing associate in Kinstellar’s Bucharest office, focusing on M&A and corporate governance. He advises on a wide range of M&A transactions, due diligence exercises, corporate governance and day-to-day corporate matters, including regulatory compliance and corporate establishment. Andrei supports clients across sectors such as IT, food and beverages, health and fitness, financial institutions and insurance. He also has experience advising on cross-border financing and refinancing projects for both lenders and borrowers, as well as on anti-money laundering and broader compliance topics. His practice further covers insurance and insurance distribution, and consumer protection matters. He is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association.
