Atanas Mihaylov is a counsel and local head of tax. He has over 20 years of experience as a senior legal and tax adviser on some of the country’s most notable M&A transactions, business restructurings, infrastructure and real estate development projects. His experience involves advising local and international clients on the tax aspects of acquisitions and disposals of assets as well as successful representation of clients in high profile court disputes with the Bulgarian tax authorities.
