Boryana Boteva
is senior counsel in the Sofia office and head of the local projects and infrastructure service line. She specialises in project finance, public-private partnerships, governmental projects and public procurements, corporate and M&A, international arbitration and commercial litigation. Boryana has advised Bulgarian public institutions on flagship projects in the infrastructure and energy sectors, including projects financed or advised by international financial institutions such as the IFC and the EBRD.
