About Benedikt Sprinzl

Benedikt Sprinzl is a partner in the Vienna office and a member of Kinstellar’s Employment and Labour Law service line. He advises national and international clients on the full spectrum of individual and collective labour law issues. His work includes advising on all aspects of employment contracts, managing individual as well as large-scale termination processes, and navigating negotiations with works councils. He has significant experience in the employment and pensions-related aspects of complex M&A transactions and corporate restructurings, and he supports clients in internal investigations and compliance-driven employment matters. Benedikt also regularly represents clients in employment litigation.
