About Denitsa Kuzeva

Denitsa Kuzeva is a senior associate in the banking, finance and capital markets and the corporate, M&A and private equity service lines in Sofia. Denitsa advises both local and international clients on a wide range of commercial and corporate matters. She has been a key member of the teams advising on some of the largest transactions of the Sofia office, including landmark acquisitions and corporate restructurings in the technology, banking and insurance sectors, where she independently deals with due diligence, transaction documents and regulatory filings. Her experience also includes advising on capital increases, corporate governance, AGMs, and corporate structuring.
