About Diana Dimova

Diana Dimova is the managing partner of the Sofia office, the co-head of the local M&A, corporate and private equity services and the co-head of the firm-wide financial institutions (transactional) sector. She has over 20 years of experience advising some of the most significant investors in Bulgaria and leading the team on some of the largest M&A deals in the local market, particularly in the financial institutions, technology and energy sectors. Her experience includes advising on KBC Group’s several acquisitions of financial institutions and the largest public-private partnership deal in Bulgaria to date (the concession of Sofia Airport).
