About Katarina Živković

Katarina Živković is a counsel in the Belgrade office of Kinstellar with more than ten years of experience in dispute resolution and arbitration. She advises domestic and international clients on complex litigation, commercial disputes, and international and investment arbitration proceedings, and has represented multinational and local companies in a number of high-profile cases. Katarina is a member of the Arbitration Association and the Arbitration Council of the German Chambers of Commerce Abroad (AHK Serbia). She is also a recognised data privacy specialist, advising clients on GDPR and local data protection compliance, and is a Certified Personal Data Protection Manager.
