Harald Strahberger
is a partner in Kinstellar’s Vienna office and a member of the Regulatory service line. Harald regularly advises domestic and international clients in all fields of public law, including environmental law (eg, facility, waste, and water laws), energy law, trade law, data protection, and state aid law. He also represents clients in administrative proceedings as well as in proceedings before Administrative Courts, the Supreme Administrative Court, the Austrian Constitutional Court, and Austrian Civil Courts.
