About Jelena Zelenbaba

Jelena Zelenbaba is a managing associate in the Belgrade office of Kinstellar with ten years’ experience advising domestic and international clients on M&A, corporate governance and cross-border transactions. She guides clients through the full transaction lifecycle, including legal due diligence, transaction structuring, SPA and SHA negotiations, closing and post-acquisition integration. Jelena has advised on a wide range of complex transactions, including share and asset acquisitions, joint ventures, demergers, spin-offs, capital increases and intra-group restructurings. She also provides corporate advisory support on governance, shareholder relations, directors’ duties, compliance and corporate reorganisations. Her sector experience includes FMCG, technology, manufacturing, automotive, retail, healthcare and gaming.
