About Olga Šipka

Olga Šipka is a partner in the Belgrade office of Kinstellar and co-head of its Competition and State Aid practice. She advises leading domestic and international clients on competition and antitrust, regulatory, compliance and data protection matters across the Western Balkans region. Olga has extensive experience supporting clients in highly regulated sectors, including pharmaceuticals, energy, banking, consumer/retail, telecommunications, IT and healthcare. She is also recognised for designing and delivering compliance training programmes covering competition, anti-bribery, white-collar crime, regulatory and data protection issues. In addition, Olga regularly advises international institutions and public bodies on policy development and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
