About Luka Marosiuk

Luka Marosiuk is a senior associate in the Belgrade office of Kinstellar, specialising in banking and finance. He advises domestic and international clients on complex financing, M&A, corporate governance and regulatory matters across Serbia and the wider region. Luka represents creditors and debtors in commercial and financial transactions involving both local and international financial institutions. His practice covers NPL transactions, insurance sector governance, takeover bids and going-private transactions. He has significant arbitration and dispute resolution experience, including investment arbitrations before ICSID and commercial arbitrations under LCIA and SCC rules. He is a member of the CELIS Institute, Young ICCA and ArbCEE.
