About Maja Mayrhuber

Maja Mayrhuber is a partner in the Vienna office and a member of Kinstellar’s Tax service line. She specialises in national and international tax law, with a focus on corporate taxation, tax planning, and tax advice related to international restructurings, M&A, corporate finance, and real estate transactions. Maja regularly advises international corporations and private clients on a wide range of tax matters, including VAT, tax audits, transfer pricing, and issues relating to fiscal criminal law. She also has significant experience representing clients in tax proceedings before the Austrian courts and authorities.
