About Milan Samardžić

Milan Samardžić is a partner in the Belgrade office of Kinstellar, leading the Corporate and Commercial practice and advising on complex transactions. With over 20 years of experience, he advises international and domestic clients on M&A, joint ventures, employment matters, and market entry into Serbia and Montenegro. Milan has been involved in some of largest privatisations and M&A transactions, as well as major regional investment projects. Combining deep legal expertise with practical business insight, he delivers solutions tailored to complex regulatory environments. He serves on the Board of Governors of AmCham Serbia and is a member of the American Bar Association.
