About Miloš Velimirović

Miloš Velimirović is managing partner of Kinstellar’s Belgrade office and co-head of the firm-wide Financial Institutions and Technology sectors and Telecommunications service line. With over 15 years of experience, he advises companies, financial institutions and investors on M&A, joint ventures, banking and finance, and project development. He has participated in complex financing transactions exceeding EUR2 billion involving corporate clients, public authorities and state-owned entities, and is recognised for his expertise in financial regulatory matters, fintech, data protection and GDPR compliance. He is a member of the General Assembly of Serbia’s Central Depository and Clearing House.
