Nadežda Miljanović is a senior associate in the Belgrade office of Kinstellar, specialising in competition law and data privacy. She advises domestic and international clients on all aspects of competition law, with a focus on merger control and the competition aspects of complex M&A transactions, including multi-jurisdictional filings. Nadežda supports clients throughout the transaction lifecycle, from regulatory assessment and merger filings to obtaining clearance from competition authorities across eight Western Balkan countries. She also advises on data privacy and cybersecurity matters, helping businesses navigate compliance requirements and manage regulatory risks across highly regulated sectors, including energy, banking, automotive and telecommunications.
