About Nemanja Sladaković

Nemanja Sladaković is a senior associate in the Belgrade office of Kinstellar and a member of its Corporate and Commercial team. He advises international clients on company formation, market entry, corporate structuring and business operations across the Western Balkans. His practice focuses on contract law, regulatory compliance, corporate housekeeping and investment structures, supporting clients throughout their business lifecycle. He advises technology companies, start-ups and scale-ups on corporate governance, intellectual property and investment readiness. He also advises on employment law matters, including contractual frameworks, HR policies and workforce restructurings. He holds a Master’s degree from Aix-Marseille University, Faculty of Economics and Management.
